How much are the Postal Charges?
Our carriage charges are available at checkout.
Can I collect my chocolates from you?
Sorry but this is not possible at the present time.
Can I contact you by telephone?
We are only a very small company and are unable to answer phone calls when making chocolate. Please email us and we will respond ASAP.
Can you rush an order for me?
We will always do our very best to accommodate any deadlines you may be working to, so please email us to alert us to any time sensitive order.
How long will delivery take?
Normally between three to five working days of placing an order. At busy times, during holiday periods or over bank holidays and national holidays there may be a longer despatch date. In the run up to Christmas & Easter delivery can take longer. Updates will be on the website during busy times.
Can I change my order once placed?
This will depend on how long after placing your order you wish to change it and if we have already started working on it/packing it. Please email us right away and we will do our very best to change it for you, but please bear in mind this won’t always be possible.
How Should I Store my Chocolates?
Our chocolates should be stored at a cool temperature (between 12-20°C) away from strong odours and at a maximum humidity of 70%.
What's the Shelf Life of Your Chocolates?
This varies but we try to give as long a shelf life as possible, with most having more than a six month Best Before date and a twelve month shelf life wherever possible.
Are Your Chocolates Suitable for Vegetarians?
Yes all of our chocolates are suitable for vegetarians
Are Your Chocolates Suitable for Vegans?
“A Vegan label on a food product means that no ingredients of animal origin were intentionally used in the making of the product”* Our dark chocolate is suitable for vegans
Are your Chocolates Nut Free?
Yes all chocolate is free from peanuts and tree nuts.
Are your Chocolates Gluten Free?
Yes all chocolate is gluten free.
What About Other Allergies and Intolerances?
Our products are made without many of the common allergens, please contact us for a complete list. We are sympathetic to allergies and intolerances, and will do our best to accommodate them, however this is not always possible. If you are buying for someone with multiple allergies, please contact us before placing your order and we shall do our best to accommodate your needs.
